I'm very sorry to have not done the Challenges for December and January, but I promise I'll have one for February!
The Caramel Cake from November was soooo good, I've made it a few times since, and each time it just tastes better than before!
December was a very busy busy month for me, filled with sadness and joy. My beloved Mum lost her battle with Lung Cancer two days before her much-awaited grand-daughter was born... with a ton of her Gramma's red hair :) She would have loved to have seen her.
So with all of that, my readers, I'm back. A little burnt around the heart, but still LUVIN MY BAKIN!
I can't wait to post about this month's challenge!
